Well, NJski and I were late to the event. Too many early caches, I guess.
There was quite a crowd. I guess we missed the meeting. It was nice seeing Mopar and Mickey225 again. And I liked putting faces to log names I had seen. Unfortunately, I guess because of tardiness, I didn’t get a chance to meet everyone. Maybe next time.
We had a good day teaming up with KenDawg and Team Crusso. After we hunted a few caches we came back to the restaurant, met up with StayFloopy, and had a good conversation.
I look forward to catching up with some of you at the next event.
Thanks for the fun,
Fro.

I remember when Chris and I walked into Burger King, we ordered food and sat down. Everyone else had been there a while. We just sat together. And then someone called out, “Fro!”
It was Nik. I like Nik, but I didn’t know him or his handle (EKITT10) at that time. It really freaked me out. Apparently, folks who I don’t even know recognized me from my logs.
That led to me in August changing the way I approached the game. There were other things mixed up with that, but I recall being spooked that total strangers knew me.
