U.S.Agent (2020-) #5 by Christopher Priest

So, I’ve read this series. Did not understand it all.
Not certain about the master, who is still with the U.S.Agent at the end. U.S.Agent seems to be Captain America in the next series, which confuses me.
Sister is wounded and in the hospital, but will make it.
The S.H.I.E.L.D> drago I guess bought the farm.
I see how this reintroduces a character, but I found it a bit hard to follow coming into this with no background at all.
