Couch to 5K, Day One (Again)

After several months, I am back at it.

I am sore after yesterday’s workout. Obviously, I used my quads far more than my butt. I feel the burn. And with me being up late last night, I did not wake up early and get running like I wanted to. But I did get up eventually and the first thing I did was the Couch to 5K day one routine. I had AC/DC’s Back in Black cranked.

I’m exhausted and spent, but happy I am getting after it. Tomorrow, I imagine, will be hell.

  • Total Distance: 2.18 miles, 30 minutes
  • Walk: 1.44 miles, 15:17 min. per mile
  • Run: 0.74 miles, 10:44 min. per mile
